Pudendum (plural pudenda)
1. (chiefly in the plural) An external genital organ in a human; especially a woman’s vulva.
2. (figuratively) A shameful part of something.
The Pudendum series comments on an obscure beauty trend called “vajazzling” (a form of genital decoration with rhinestones or plastic crystals; a glittery merkin). The visuals are of myself posing with a variety of vajazzle compositions ranging from a garden scene created with decorative plastic moss and artificial flowers, to a sequin appliqué that would be found in a costume maker’s toolbox.
